How many of us can honestly say we have never experienced Regret!
Regret is a normal feeling but, at times people will hold on to regret unknowingly which allows life to rob you blindly. Regret deprives you of your ability to learn from your past and your ability to move forward. Regret is the enemy of progress and the friend of delay and stagnation. Regret recollects all the past and punishes self every time the thought is recollected, instead of understanding that regret is simply a lie. It no longer exists unless we give it the power to have existence in our future. Regret forgets any form of grace, robs confidence, takes courage, takes from learning from the past, is a form of pride, steals hope, and is simply unapologetic.
